**Job Summary**
Clinique Médicale Step is a modern, pediatric-focused family medicine clinic in the heart of Montreal. We combine clinical excellence with genuine compassion, offering full-scope family medicine, urgent care, pediatric specialty consultations, and allied health services, all under one roof.

We’re looking for a strong administrative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about team culture, and can oversee the day-to-day functioning of a busy clinic with warmth and precision.
**Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight**
- Manage daily administrative activities to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
- Supervise and support a large administrative team.
- Monitor clinic flow and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
**Staff Management**
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff (Administrative and Medical Office Assistant).
- Coach team members and foster a collaborative, positive work culture.
- Provide hands-on support at the front desk or with admin tasks as needed
**Systems & Coordination**
- Oversee internal administrative workflows and documentation
- Liaise with vendors and service providers (IT, maintenance, etc.)
**Leadership Support**
- Collaborate with Ownership and Executive Leadership on priorities and projects
- Track and report on operational metrics
- Help roll out new processes and initiatives across the clinic
**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in health administration or administrative (clinic or similar setting).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Comfortable using EMR systems (e.g., Omnimed), scheduling tools, and basic reporting and Google Workspace.
- Human Resources experience is an added bonus.
- **Bilingualism (English & French) required.**

Nous recherchons un(e) responsable administratif(ve) compétent(e) qui s'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique, est passionné(e) par la culture d'équipe et peut superviser le fonctionnement quotidien d'une clinique très fréquentée avec chaleur et précision.
**Responsabilités principales**
- Supervision opérationnelle
- Gérer les activités administratives quotidiennes afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de la clinique.
- Superviser et soutenir une grande équipe administrative.
- Surveiller le fonctionnement de la clinique et traiter de manière proactive les problèmes dès qu'ils surviennent.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre d'améliorations des processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité.
**Gestion du personnel**
- Diriger le recrutement, l'intégration et la formation du personnel (assistant administratif et médical).
- Encadrer les membres de l'équipe et favoriser une culture de travail collaborative et positive.
- Fournir un soutien pratique à la réception ou pour les tâches administratives, selon les besoins.
**Systèmes et coordination**
- Superviser les flux de travail administratifs internes et la documentation.
- Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services (informatique, maintenance, etc.).
- Soutien à la direction
- Collaborer avec la direction et les propriétaires sur les priorités et les projets.
- Suivre et rendre compte des indicateurs opérationnels.
- Contribuer au déploiement de nouveaux processus et initiatives dans l'ensemble de la clinique.
**Qualifications**
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de la santé ou l'administration (clinique ou environnement similaire).
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de consolidation d'équipe dans des environnements soumis à une forte pression.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication.
- Aisance dans l'utilisation des systèmes de dossiers médicaux électroniques (par exemple, Omnimed), des outils de planification, des rapports de base et de Google W
