Revive Windshield Repair is seeking a trustworthy and motivated windshield repair technician to operate its Maple Ridge location.

What will you be doing?

You will be setting up our RWR branded tent/canopy in the parking lot of Ridge Church and offer customers a drive-up windshield repair service.

Usually windshield repairs only take 10 min or less and you charge $60-$90 for their first chip and $30 for every additional. Crack repairs are $100+. You will typically get 5+ customers in a day on average, with weekends being busier. You set up and take down the 10ft x 10ft branded canopy every working day, which only takes about 5 min. All of the equipment required is small enough to fit in your vehicle. We will provide you with all of the tools and equipment

What we are looking for
- Trustworthy & integrity: The position requires an extremely high degree of self-autonomy. I am trusting you to hold yourself accountable as I will not be present to verify. You will report all of your own sales (including cash) and handle all company equipment and resources.
- Reliable & punctual: showing up
- Self-motivated: a strong drive to succeed by making sales and offering customers a good experience
- Good communication skills

Hours: You choose However, 10:30am-6:30PM is most effective with weekends being when you’ll make the most money. You can work as many days as you want

Because you cannot do repairs when it’s raining, working hours slow down during the winter months.

Location: Parking lot of Ridge Church in Maple Ridge BC

Compensation: Fully commission based at 60% of sales as an independent subcontractor. The better you are at sales, the more you will earn

The reason for this compensation structure is that the position requires a high degree of self-autonomy and self-motivation. You will be fully responsible for operating the location. I will personally have little involvement in the day to day operations as I am moving to Alberta.

Please note: the job requires you to work outside at all times. Additionally, due to local resources nearby, there is a significant homeless population in the area.
