**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that align with educational goals and learning styles.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure comprehension.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive learning techniques.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that promotes learning.

**Skills**
- Experience in classroom settings or tutoring environments is essential.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (such as French, or English) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate students.
- Ability to connect with children and create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Patience and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
