We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and people-focused Front Desk Receptionist/Admin to join our team

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for students and families, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, welcoming martial arts environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, enjoys working with people of all ages, and takes pride in being organized and dependable.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Excellent social and interpersonal skills** - you're warm, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with children, teens, and parents alike.
- **Highly organized** - you can manage schedules, track attendance, handle admin tasks, and support day-to-day operations smoothly.
- **Experience with social media platforms** - able to help create and post fun, professional content that showcases our school’s events and energy.

Bonus Qualifications:

- **Knowledge of Taekwondo or martial arts** is **highly preferred**. If you’ve trained, taught, or supported martial arts programs before, that’s a big plus
- Experience working in customer service, admin, or in a school/sports setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting students and families as they arrive
- Registering students for classes, camps, and events
- Managing attendance and membership info
- Supporting instructors with class setup or organization
- Handling payments and merchandise sales
- Posting regularly on social media to highlight events, student achievements, and school updates
- Creating a supportive and energetic environment for everyone who walks through our doors

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
