We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and throughout the clinic. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.

- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance billing processes
- Collect payments and provide receipts to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area & clinic
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Light house cleaning such as vacuuming and folding linens as needed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 25 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
