Huron Respite Network, Community Support for Families and Community Participation Supports Programs of Community Living-Central Huron are seeking self-employed contract workers to support adults and children with developmental and/or physical disabilities, and/or mental health issues, ongoing contracts are available. Self-employed contract workers are chosen by individuals to assist the individuals with skill-building, independence, developing connections in the community, as well as providing respite to caregivers. You will be working closely with adults and/or Parents/Guardians to determine routines and goals for the individuals supported. If you are creative, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference in someone’s life, we encourage you to apply. **Requirements**: - At least 18 years of age - Clear Vulnerable Sector Check - Clear Children's Aid Society Check - Ontario Class "G" Driver's License - $2 Million of Liability Insurance on Auto Policy - First Aid and CPR preferred - Related Post Secondary Diploma or Degree is considered an asset. **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance, Seasonal Application question(s): - How many hours a week are you able to work? - Would there be any issues obtaining a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or Children's Aid Society check?
