**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Supervise daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained.
- Handle payroll processing and assist with budgeting activities as required.
- Utilize math skills for cash handling, including cashiering duties and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while monitoring performance metrics.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales management or a supervisory role within a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and payroll responsibilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management is advantageous.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members alike.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
