Lalies & The Dutch is a small business in Cobourg, and we are re-opening our doors in June We are looking for creative people to join our team. We are engaging, collaborative and our goal is to create a fun environment where people can get together, and experience beautiful food in a relaxed setting.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Baking and kitchen preparation as per our recipes and procedures, including but not limited to; kneading, proofing, cutting, mixing, and portion planning.
- Full preparation of every component of our bakery menu beginning to end.
- Maintaining stock of food items and necessary supplies
- Keep a clean and sanitary environment, including all baking surfaces and cleaning kitchen duties after each shift, proper food handing and safety procedures and safe storage.
- Open and/or closing of kitchen as needed
- Handling food storage (FIFO) according to the health & safety regulations.
