Subway Supervisor

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
- Train and mentor team members on cooking techniques, food safety standards, and customer service practices.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee cash handling processes, including managing the POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and promotional events to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.
