Caulking / Sealant Estimator

Calfeutrage Apex is a professional caulking company on the south shore of Montreal. Our company is growing and expanding and we are looking to add professional estimators with a strong background in the caulking/sealant industry for a full-time position.

**Position description**:

- A caulking estimator will need to visit the residential or commercial properties for a detailed and professional quote. This position requires driving to different locations on the south shore of Montreal.
- Identify the type of present sealant that has to be removed from the surfaces.
- Identify the precise color of a new sealant to be applied to the surfaces within our color chart.
- The estimator must be able to take accurate measurements of surfaces.
- Identify which surfaces/elements require caulking.
- Work fast and accurately.
- The estimator has to deliver a sales pitch when meeting with clients or close a sale on the spot.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Speak and write in French and English.
- Have a strong background in the sealant /caulking/ doors and windows industry.
- Have experience with the form and behaviour of different types of sealants.
- Have sales experience, a customer care experience and be confident and secure in the company and product he/she represents.
- Have good eye vision and the ability to match colors.
- Be responsible and organized.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
