**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Grass cutting and lawn care
- Line trimming around fences, edges, and garden beds
- Pruning shrubs, small trees, and plants
- Weeding and general garden tidying
- Identifying and caring for common plants
- Assisting with other landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, stonework, carpentry etc.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance required
- a diploma in horticulture, landscape technician/design or certificates in gardening are an asset
- Basic knowledge of plant care and seasonal maintenance
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other garden tools safely
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license required including an abstract

Note: This job requires 2-3 days of garden maintenance and 2 -3 days of assisting in landscape residential hardscaping and softscaping.
