What is the pay rate? $30.00/hr plus shift premium for night shift

**What will you be doing here?**
- Working in a team environment on a production floor
- Supervise, direct and oversee the work of Safety, Quality & the Production Process;
- Ensure the safe, and efficient operation of all operating machines and related equipment;
- Monitor Proper Shutdown Procedures and Ensure all related equipment is shutdown properly;
- Establish a work standard of consistency on shift, maintain a standard of work that is consistent to all employees;
- Ensure all employees are aware of safety and potential hazards in the environment and work in a safe manner;
- Maintain/Monitor Production Outputs required by each machine, communicate reasons for lack of output /safety /maintenance related / Process or People related
- Create on shift meetings (Toolbox Talk) to involve employees and communicate relative information daily;
- Provide Assistance/Support and training when and where required to help build experienced teams**;**
- Other related duties as required.

- Production or manufacturing experience is an asset;
- **This position is on a continental shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating from days to nights every two weeks.**
- ** 7 shifts in a pay period, which equals 84 hours in a two-week period.**:

- ** Scheduled to work every other weekend.**:

- ** The hours are from 7 am to 7 pm during the day shift, switching to 7 pm to 7 am during the night shift, bi-weekly.**

What are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic and motivated individuals;
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed;
- Capable of repetitive lifting and standing for long periods of time;
- Production or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

**Salary**: $30.00 /hour
