**What You Do**
- As an IT Specialist, you will provide hardware and software support to end-users in an enterprise domain across multiple continents. Reporting to the IT Director you will manage the setup of new hardware and software internally and remotely, troubleshoot end-user IT issues and manage our internal network, Microsoft 365 account and company websites hosting.

**What That Involves**
- Utilize our help desk platform to provide technical support and training to on premise and remote staff.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain all hardware and software inventory.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
- Develop and maintain end user training documents.
- Develop, maintain, and test technical documentation of the environment processes, procedures, and incidents e.g., disaster recovery.
- Manage and monitor company Microsoft 365 account and Backup.
- Stay up to date with advances in technology.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in information technology and technical support.
- CompTIA A+ certification is an asset.
- ITIL or COBIT certification is an asset.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Extensive familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Good working knowledge and experience using and configuring SonicWall Firewall, AWS, Azure, AD, DNS, DHCP, Veeam, IIS, Secured FTP, etc.
- Good working knowledge and experience using and managing Microsoft Intune.
- Extensive familiarity with information security practices and procedures to protect organization data from intrusion or corruption.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, decision making, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Meticulous attention to details; strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
