The **_Project Coordinator_** reports directly to the Team Lead of Coordination. The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing, executing and maintaining a specified portfolio of customers and their requirements. This person is a team player with a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and takes initiative.

They possess good communication skills, both written and verbal and thrive in a fast paced environment.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned customers.
- Liaises with various departments to coordinate projects.
- Conducts prompt and accurate entry of data within internal systems on assigned customers.
- Monitors each job through each stage of production to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Manages customer specific stock/inventory levels and replenishments.
- Obtain quotations to support projects as required or requested.
- Attend project meetings as required or requested.
- Creates, updates and maintains job dockets and supporting documentation per job specifications.
- Prepares and maintains client specific and internal reporting as required.
- Maintains, updates customer specific process documentation.
- Responds to inquiries in a timely manner and ensures overall customer satisfaction.
- Performs other miscellaneous request as required in a timely manner.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures pertaining to Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Fulfill all duties and responsibilities pertaining to health and safety under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical, oral and written skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team based environment but also independently.
- Proficient data entry and computer skills. PC knowledge and understanding Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- Post-Secondary education and related experience.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of production within a printing environment.
- Knowledge of systems/data management within a variable printing environment.
- Bilingual (oral and written) in French and English would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
