**Culinary Leaders and Cooks** to join our team at _The Parlour - Italian Kitchen_ in Edmonton.

**Experienced Line Cooks** with a minimum of **2 years of professional kitchen experience**. Culinary education is preferred but not required. If you love food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and care deeply about quality and consistency — we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute Italian-inspired dishes with precision and creativity.
- Maintain CHG’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Foster a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Support mentorship and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of back-of-house culinary experience.
- Culinary school training is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about food, hospitality, and the guest experience.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
