Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a **Claims Processor** to join our Dealer Services Claims team. Reporting to our Dealer Services Manager, you will be responsible for processing claims submitted by Home Dealers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with Dealer inquiries pertaining to the Claims program (policies and procedures) and the electronic processing system.
- Review all electronic claims entered by Dealers and process next steps to ensure accuracy and correct invoicing for the Dealers.
- Provide support for other areas of the business related to Dealer claims.
- The filing of picklist and Bill of Ladings for the Warehouse.
- Participate in the development of Claims training material to be shared interdepartmentally and with Dealers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Post-secondary courses in Business, Data Management or Accounting preferred.
- Retail experience would be considered an asset.
- One to two years of office experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with various internet browsing programs (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.).
- Thorough knowledge of Home Hardware’s computer systems a strong asset. Product knowledge is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in French is an asset, but not required.
