**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and assemble wood, laminates, and other materials for custom millwork projects.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to shape, sand, and finish materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Install millwork elements such as cabinetry, countertops, trim, and moldings.
- Work closely with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a millworker, cabinetmaker, or similar role in the construction/renovation industry.
- Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Own tools and reliable transportation are an asset.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
