**Senior Financial Analyst**

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and create dynamic financial models to enable evaluation of the financial performance of the company’s various departments
- Support managers in developing & modeling alternative scenarios for maximizing financial returns Perform detailed analysis on sales and revenue to provide insights.
- Prepare and maintain financial models for sales forecasts and plans.
- Analyze performance trends compared to budget, forecast and prior year during month end reporting.
- Develop and monitor key metrics and performance analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop, maintain strong working relationship with various departments (Sales & Operations) proactively working to identify and solve problems
- Assist in annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts.
- Support Senior Manager FP&A in establishing financial models and tools to maximize financial returns.
- Develop, maintain strong working relationship with various departments (Sales, Operations, Finance/Controlling) proactively working to identify and solve problems.
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly reporting decks for management.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis.

**Qualifications**
- 6+ years of relevant experience in IT related industry in the areas of corporate finance, financial planning and analysis or other related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify trends, establish benchmarks and provide credible analysis and business recommendations
- Strong knowledge of SAP, BI tools and IFRS is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
- Experience with budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, financial models and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
