**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
- Perform residential cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure a clean and polished appearance.
- Launder linens and towels, and replenish them as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the laundry facilities and supply areas.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Restock supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized cleaning environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Perform special cleaning projects as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment and carpet cleaning machines is a plus.
- Certification in custodial or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
