**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst or in a similar analytical role is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation of findings.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
