Chica’s Chicken is a family-owned, Michelin-awarded restaurant bringing authentic Nashville-style hot chicken to Winnipeg. We are passionate about delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We’re looking for **dedicated, team-oriented individuals** to join our growing team as a **Crew Member**.

**Crew Member Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders in-person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy.
- Assemble and pack orders for dine-in and takeout, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong time management, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
- **Attitude**: Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
