**Overview**

The hourly working schedule for this position, Monday, 7:00am - 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm and reports directly to the Manager, Maintenance.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Main dispatch operator.
- Responding to inquiries on work order status and ordering and receiving inventory stock.
- Procurement of materials and supplies valued at $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
- Maintaining and controlling stock levels (minimums and maximums) and controlling tool crib.
- Encode and issue swipe access cards to Facilities Management staff.
- Dispersing and tracking keys.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Minimum two (2) year community college diploma in Stores Technology and/or Business or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years' experience in stores operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of building, electrical, mechanical and cleaning materials/supplies.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent math and data entry skills.
- A working knowledge of TMA and SMS software and/or other computerized maintenance key access software programs will be considered and asset.
- Commitment to learn and comply with standards.
- Ability to work well with others in a unionized environment.
