**Position**:Project Manager (Change Management) BHJOB13022_12427
**Role Description**:
The Project Manager I manage the entire lifecycle of a small project or phases of a larger project which include developing a project plan, coordinating the activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. The work of this Project Manager I will support the overall work and initiative within the Transformation and Change team but will allow collaborate cross-functionally within the IRP Student team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepares project plans. Monitors scope, schedule, budget and other key aspects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Completes project status reports on a regular basis.
- Manages expectations and fosters excellent communication in a collaborative environment.
- Works with the project and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Establishes a sustainable mechanism for the collection of any requirements and data; engages with departments to ensure that outcomes will meet their needs.
- Writes formal reports, including status reports and formal documentation.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of PM exp working in a technical environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of business and system analysis methodologies.
**Nice-to-have**:
- Experience in project management tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, JIRA & Confluence)
