**Summary**

We are seeking a Lead Custodian to join our dedicated team at Fantastic Cleaning. In this role, you will have a dynamic role with a daily schedule completing specialized cleaning, or covering building sites, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- coordinate daily cleaning activities for assigned facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of cleaning services provided.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff.
- Complete general cleaning duties
- Complete assigned specialized cleaning duties like window cleaning, floor scrubbing and refinishing, pressure washing

**Requirements**:

- Drivers Licence is required as building sites are in different locations daily
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
