**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Restore and maintain surfaces by performing touch-ups and refinishing as needed.
- Operate power tools and rigging equipment safely and efficiently during the painting process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete projects within deadlines.
- Proficiency in caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively.
- Ability to work from heights
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Capability to build rapport with team members while working collaboratively on projects.

**Experience**
- Preferred but not essential

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
