Manager, Photography and Digital Content

**Reporting to**: Associate Creative Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality images of Inspirato homes and properties, showcasing their architectural details, interiors, and unique features in a way that inspires and engages potential members.
- Create compelling lifestyle imagery that highlights the member experience, from on-property moments to curated experiences in our portfolio destinations.
- Produce and edit engaging video content, including home tours, destination highlights, and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver and organize a library of high-quality assets for use across Inspirato’s digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and property management teams to ensure all photography and video content meets strategic goals and project requirements.
- Manage editing, retouching, and delivery of all photography and video content to ensure premium quality.
- Travel to Inspirato properties (approximately 50% of the time) to capture new and updated visuals, while managing on-location shoots efficiently.

- Photography Expertise: Proven ability to capture and highlight architectural details, interiors, and exteriors with creativity, as well as aspirational lifestyle imagery that tells a story.
- Editing & Production: Skilled in advanced photo and video editing using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro; experienced in color grading, retouching, and creating polished assets, including high-quality real estate and promotional videos.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert in professional camera equipment, lenses, drones, and lighting setups for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Attention to Detail & Brand Alignment: Ensures visuals meet luxury standards while maintaining consistency with Inspirato’s aesthetic and voice.
- Project & Team Management: Manages multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction during shoots.
- Adaptability: Excels in diverse environments and handles challenges like tight schedules, unpredictable weather, and varying property layouts.
- 5+ years of professional photography experience, with a portfolio of luxury properties and lifestyle imagery.
- Proficiency with professional photography and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in video production and editing.
- Skilled in drone operation (FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification preferred).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end production for photo and video shoots, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Comfortable with extensive travel (50%) to domestic and international locations and adaptable to on-site challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts, or related field preferred.

**Compensation**: $50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary
- We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.**Bonus**:Eligible for the company’s bonus plan, with a target of up to 10% of your annual salary.**Paid Time Off**:Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.-
