**Overview**

**Cashier Duties**
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of daily sales and cash balances.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including answering queries and resolving issues.
- Follow store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

**Stocking Duties**
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments of grocery products.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards.
- Rotate products and check for expiry dates to ensure freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms and aisles.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and restocking initiatives.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with retail sales processes is beneficial
- Experience in product demonstrations or sales is advantageous
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
