**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Updating forecasting process to ensure accurate production plans compiled to drive manufacturing
- Load leveling and monitoring of production requirements to ensure optimal machine utilization and manufacturing lead times, while still maintaining customer service and inventory targets
- Daily scheduling of new sales orders and reviewing daily MRP requirements
- Back Shop scheduling of daily work orders generated by MRP requirements
- Assisting with the achievement of budgeted monthly/yearly inventory targets
- Interacting with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales on a daily basis
- Small projects product reviews as assigned by the Product Control Manager
- All other duties as assigned by the Product Control Manager

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or university degree in Materials Management or equivalent work experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of fabrication processes
- Production planning experience in an MRP and/or ERP environment
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
