**Job Summary**:
At Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration, we are able to provide customers with faster turnarounds, seamless restoration, and pre-scheduled in-house visits since we have our own warehousing facility. We are looking for a hardworking and detailed-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks that include organizing equipment that comes in from jobs, tracking items through computer-based systems, and addressing any warehouse-related questions internal or external stakeholders may have. The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager and takes day-to-day direction from the Contents Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and editing multiple Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and calendars daily.
- Using our Project Management app - Restorify.
- Maintaining shop safety and cleanliness.
- Working with forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks, loading docks, dehumidifiers, saws, compressors, compactors, and winches.
- Completing various facility maintenance tasks from time to time.
- Complying with our health and safety policies.
- Managing, tracking, and organizing equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Manipulating and safely storing clients’ contents around the warehouse.
- Moving large pallets and lockers with forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Helping other staff load and unload moving trucks.
- Following all reasonable duties assigned to you by your manager.
- Maintaining constant interaction with other workers that need to use the warehouse.
- Providing excellent customer service to co-workers, clients, and customers and answering any warehouse-related questions they may have.
- Performing safe moving practices that can involve bending, pulling, pushing, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Standing/Walking during shifts that can last up to eight hours.
- Communicating and proving detailed notes to all Project Management teams.
- Completing your timecard daily on ADP.
- Being a main point of contact for all warehouse-related Project Management team requests.
- Working with the Contents Department to deal with missing items for the warehouse.
- Completing your timecard daily.

**Job Requirements**:

- Be willing to take one week of on-call per month.
- Detail-oriented.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, and Word), and familiarity with Excel.
- Basic technology skills and familiarity with calling, texting, and utilizing apps.
- Communication skills.
- Organization skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Driver’s License is not required but preferred.
- Forklift certification or previous experience is required.
- Previous Warehouse experience is required.
- Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset.

**Compensation**:
**_Wage: _**$18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)**:
