Founded in 1984, Jasztex Fibers inc. is a leading progressive manufacturer of high-loft, densified, thermo-bonded and needle-punch nonwovens in Canada.
Jasztex is a major recycler and processor of non-woven fibers and têxtiles. The company always develops new uses and related processes necessary to reduce wastes and promote circular economy.
The incumbent of this position is responsible for acquiring and maintaining sales in North America. He will also participate in developing new products. He will be reporting to the president and shareholders.
Job descriptions:
- Acquire and maintain markets;
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Follow-up with potential/existing customers;
- Coordinate sales effort & delivery with team members and other departments;
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
- Meet and exceed sales goals;
- Primary contact with his customers for the resolution of customer issues/inquiries in order too maximize customer/sales satisfaction;
- Participate in developing new products;
- Demos and plant tours to existing/potential customers;
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales;
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual, English and French;
- Flexible working hours (40 hours/week);
- Team player with good analytical skill;
- Apt to travel (North America);
- Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel, ERP (a plus), CRM (a plus)
