If you are an enthusiastic, experienced, and Certified Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for leadership, training, and development, then we NEED YOU as our **Wellness Director**

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist with 2200hrs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Previous leadership experience within a large team.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Experience in training, developing, and implementing programs that foster staff growth and success.
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and booking software.
- Experience in creating a repeat client base.
- Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
As **Wellness Director,** you will be responsible for leading and guiding our outstanding wellness team to deliver exceptional care. **A flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability is a must.**You will also play a key role in developing and implementing training programs that support the growth and success of our staff. By fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, you will ensure both clients and team members thrive.

You will manage daily operations, address and resolve customer and staff concerns, and continuously explore and integrate new wellness modalities to drive the ongoing success of the business.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
