**Position**:Shift Manager
**Terms of Employment**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Wage**:$17 per hour
**Skill Required**
Looking for a leader to grow with the company. Room for advancement is solely dependent on performance.
Education: College, University, or certificate or diploma from a related program or equal work experience
Work Experience: 1-2 year’s related work experience preferred.
- Motivated, productive and task orientated
- Must be able to acquire new skills then pass them on through training to other team members
- Only those that lead by example need apply
- Must be fluent in English and able to work in a fast past environment as well as already living in the area.
**Job Duties**:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Recruit and train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate assigned shift operations
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
