**Position Available** Construction Worker (Temporary) **Description** We are hiring for a partial apartment building exterior renovation (siding/triM/Flashing removal & replacement, deck replacement, soffit replacement). The job site is centrally located and within walking distance of a Skytrain station. Hourly wages range from $20 for less experienced workers to $28 for more experienced workers. Very experienced and skilled workers can negotiate a higher rate. After the work is completed, permanent positions may be offered. Job sites can vary from day to day throughout the lower mainland so own vehicle will be necessary for permanent position. Permanent employees would receive the same hourly wage, benefits, and mileage reimbursement for any business travel. **Employment Requirements** - Wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots on the job. - Own and bring basic tools to work. **Location** - Job site is within walking distance (< 1 km) of King George station. **Pay** - $20 to $28 per hour. L.J.S. Property Services Ltd. is a general contractor in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We primarily focus on the repair, renovation, and restoration of residential and commercial properties. **Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday
