**Snow Plow Operator** - Louch Landscapes; Join Our Winter Operations Team

Are you ready to be a snow fighter? Louch Landscapes is seeking experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our dedicated team for the 2025-2026 winter season (November 15 - April 15).

**Positions looking to fill**:

- Snow Plow Operators (Various locations: Milton, Burlington & Oakville)
- Salt Truck Operators (Various locations: Milton, Burlington & Oakville)

**The Role**

As a Snow Plow Operator, you'll safely operate professional snow removal equipment to keep residential and commercial properties clear of snow. This on-call position offers flexible scheduling based on snowfall events.

We excel in route planning and crew coordination, operating with maximum efficiency. We prefer operators with full availability for dedicated routes.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to snow event mobilization calls
- Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and safety checks
- Execute snow plowing operations at assigned sites
- Maintain communication with team members throughout shifts
- Complete digital timesheets and site reports accurately
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements; Experience & Skills
- **Minimum 2 years** winter operations experience
- Proven experience operating pickup trucks with plows and/salt spreaders
- Physical fitness for occasional hand shovelling
- Comfortable with mobile technology for reporting and site navigation

Licensing & Legal
- Valid G with clean driving record
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
