Demolition Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise demolition crews and ensure that safety protocols are followed.
- Inspect demolition sites for potential hazards.
- Develop and implement demolition plans and strategies.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained prior to beginning a demolition project.
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the demolition site.
- Monitor the progress of the demolition project and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all debris is removed from the site in a timely manner.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed.

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Pay rate: $25- $35

shift: Morning, evening, Weekends as well

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
