We are currently looking for a new team member to join our **Accommodations team** in a **hybrid role**:

- **Night Audit** - 3 overnight shifts/week (11 PM - 9 AM, 10-hour shifts)
- **Front Desk Agent** - 1 evening shift/week (3 PM - 11 PM)

**Responsibilities** include (but not limited to)**:
**Night Audit**
- Welcome, check-in, check-out, and assist guests
- Monitor building security and communicate hourly with other night shift workers
- Perform system rollovers, reset front desk for the following day
- Record night activity, update trail/condition reports
- Support accounting with cash handling and reconciliations
- Maintain cleanliness of front and back office areas

**Front Desk Agent**
- Handle guest reservations using roomMaster cloud
- Follow SOPs and assist with accounting floats
- Maintain guest accounts and provide resort information
- Keep front desk area clean, tidy, and stocked
- Communicate with other departments and document shift updates

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Previous experience with reservation software an asset
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to prioritize
- Basic First Aid certification required for Night Audit
- Knowledge of the park and surrounding area (or willingness to learn)
