Join **Camfil Power Systems**, a leader in air filtration and acoustic solutions for gas turbines, with our Americas headquarters right here in Laval In this dynamic role, you'll take on key responsibilities that drive our mission forward, including:

- Receiving and Inspecting parts
- Validation of received documentation with Quality department.
- Unloading shipments from delivery trucks, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and comparing contents to packing slips or invoices.
- Inventory Management:

- Storing received goods in designated areas, maintaining accurate inventory records, and updating inventory levels in the company's system.
- Preparing Shipments
- Preparing outgoing orders for shipping, including packing, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and any issues encountered.
- Coordination with Buyers

Are you THE person we are looking for?
- 2-4 years’ experience in similar role
- Knowledge of standardized procurement regulations, procedures, and operations
- Procurement support expertise for recurring or standardized buys, including request for quotations preparation and vendor communication
- Understanding of procurement processing procedures for diverse transactions and forms
- Familiarity supply and financial functional areas for error resolution (shipment, shortage, delays, incompatible information)
- Competence in using automated databases for data input, error correction, and report generation
- Understanding of procedures and regulations in the business place.

Qualifications:

- Team player
- Must be rigorous and detail oriented;
- General understanding of packaging and shipping duties
- Valid driver's license and forklift license
- Organized to handle paperwork
- You require physical strength to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of inventory, record goods, stock materials, merchandise invoices
- Sec V, DEC in Admin or a combination of management certificates or experience
