**Car Wash Attendant Team Lead**

**Position Responsibilities**
- Daily cleaning of wash bays, Vacuum stations, parking lots and garbage areas.
- Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment, to keep them in proper working order
- Check supplies/products regularly, change light bulbs, monitor property condition
- Perform necessary yard maintenance (i.e. snow removal, salt or yard work)
- Inspect wash stations for cleanliness after job completion, perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in appropriate condition
- Ensure company safety policies and procedures are adhered
- Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and edger's.
- Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges, using shears, pruners.
- Gather and remove litter.
- Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other grounds features.
- Water lawns, trees, and plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.

**Experience & Skills**
- Basic understanding of car wash systems (plumbing, piping, pressure, temperature, function, identification components, etc.)
- Ability to display courteous and professional attitude at all times
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in outdoor setting
- Experience working independently and with mínimal to no supervision

**Minimum Requirements**
- Functional/technical knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Have a flexible work schedule; may require work on weekends and holidays
- CPIC - A current CPIC with Vulnerable Sectors Check is a condition of employment.

**Compensation**
- Part time position (approximately 10-20 hours weekly)
- $20.00 to $25.00 / hour commensurate with experience and qualifications;
- Mileage allowance, if applicable
