**CG SUPERVISOR**
- Overview:

- CG Supervisors work with every team member to ensure that the department is running at its maximum proficiency. They work with the heads of all departments, problem solving for current and future shows at the highest possible level.
- The CG Supervisor is the person the rest of the team looks to for guidance and always leads by example.
- Responsibilities:

- Work with all CG departments to ensure the timely delivery of the show while maintaining the quality.
- Adapt to the studio workflow while bringing in ideas for improvement of tools for the show.
- Be able to interpret Art Director's vision while understanding the production constraints and presenting with feasible solution while maintaining the highest quality
- Predict show difficulties and be proactive with finding solutionso Communicate key points from meetings to the team
- Oversee the communication between production and show leads
- Work closely with modeling, rigging, anim, shot finaling, fx lighting and compositing supervisors
- Find common issues in shows and present solutions in department meetings
- Prioritize development for current and future showso Have a good artistic eye for detail and art fundamentals.o Learn and implement ICON work flows
- Qualifications:

- Impeccable communication skills
- Being calm and strong under pressureo Proficient in Maya / Nukeo Proficient in Python
- Strong knowledge and experience with dynamic systems, eg: nCloth and nHair
