**Qualifications**:

- Red seal 306A plumbing license is required
- 5+ years of experience working as a service technician in a related industry
- Experience working on commercial/industrial and residential plumbing systems
- Ability to read and understand prints, drawings, and technical bulletins
- Basic computer skills to complete service reports and logs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

**Responsibilities**:

- Run a plumbing truck with little guidance
- Identify and address plumbing problems in commercial and residential properties
- Install, maintain, plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with potable water and/or drain piping.
- Prepare written quotes and service requisitions for office
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
