Strategic Projects Associate Director

**Position Description**
As Strategic Projects Associate Director you will develop and execute cross-brand marketing strategies and tactics based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead projects and initiatives across multiple brands and various stages of the brand lifecycle, aligning with organisational priorities and objectives.
- Influence and build productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the VP, Cardiometabolic Marketing to provide strategic support and proactive preparation for marketing meetings, reporting, and presentations. Collect and consolidate departmental inputs and updates to facilitate effective use by the leadership team.
- Support the development and execution of initiatives focused on improving department operations and collaboration with other functions.
- Coordinate efficient execution of ad hoc projects, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, Sales or Access within a pharmaceutical company.
- Expertise in leading change initiatives, executive-level communication skills, and strong presentation development.
- Experience with brands at multiple stages of their life cycle (launch, pre-launch, post-launch, genericization).
