Full Time or Part Time Certified Dental Assistant

Vancouver, Canada Pacific Periodontal & Implant Centre Full time

We are looking for a **Full Time(4-5 days) or Part Time CDA (2-3days) **to join our fun and friendly dental team.

**Consider joining our team if you**:

- are hardworking, organized, and a team-oriented CDA who is willing to learn
- have a minimum 1 year experience as a CDA (certification is mandatory)
- have experience with implant/periodontal surgery, prosthodontic treatment as well as general dentistry (preferable but not mandatory as we are willing to train staff and provide interesting dental treatments from which to learn)
- have experience using Cleardent which would be helpful but not mandatory ( training videos are available)
- salary will be based on experience and a working interview will be required

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- chairside assisting for exams, periodontal/implant surgeries, implant prosthodontic and general dentistry restorative treatments, etc.
- taking intra-oral records, impressions, radiographs
- using computer for paperless charting and updating patient records
- assisting with lab tasks as needed
- order sundries and keep inventory on supplies

**About us**:

- our main office (Vancouver) is located in the Fairmont Medical Building (750 West Broadway, near Cambie) with easy access to transit and many restaurants/takeout establishments for lunch
- reserved parking available for staff
- we work every Wednesday at our Richmond office (11300 No. 5 Rd., across from Ironwood Shopping Plaza near Steveston Hwy ) with free parking available
- Vancouver office has an on site gym and the Richmond office is close to walking and bike paths
- office hours are Mondays-Fridays (closed on holidays, evenings and weekends). We are looking for a Full Time (Tue
- Fri or Mon-Fri) or a Part Time CDA to work any combination Tue-Thur as long as work includes every Wednesday in our Richmond office and other days in our Vancouver office.

- monthly study club sessions are held at our office so you can obtain CE credits and learn about implants and surgical procedures

**Salary**: $31.00-$37.00 per hour

We have installed plexi barriers, UV-C air purifiers/chambers in all enclosed rooms. Hospital based protocols, industrial half/full mask respirators, N95 masks, face shields, gowns, and hair bouffant caps are provided.
