- no formal education is required although any training related to construction skills would be an asset
- be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed with safety in mind
- be able to labour in outdoor conditions through all seasons
- ability to cope with the physical demands of the job, lift 50 lbs. and work on uneven ground
- align structural components according to blue prints. Build and position forms for pouring concrete, and dismantle forms after use, using saws, hammer, nails and bolts
- pour concrete as instructed
- load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications
- ability to travel for work (out of town stays when required)

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
