**Job Description**:

- What you’ll be doing
- As a People Change Management Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in successfully managing, delivering and sustaining transformational changes within Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation. You will lead People Change Management activities across Workplace Transformation Initiatives in order to achieve the desired employee adoption and behavioral changes required to achieve benefit realization.
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
- How you’ll succeed- People change management - You assess the PCM requirements of assigned initiatives to determine the level of PCM support and resources required and identify the key PCM workstreams and associated activities required to develop a PCM approach and plan. You develop and execute targeted change management plans - including a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan. You identify and prioritize critical stakeholders and determine timing of change impact to ensure that resources and mitigating strategies are applied against the right audiences at the right time. You conduct the appropriate assessments to determine the level of sponsorship and resistance throughout the project. You develop sound and practical recommendations based on people impact analysis and present analysis and recommendations to senior executives in a logical, articulate and influencing manner to ensure people risks are mitigated. You resolve or escalate implementation issues with recommendations to resolve issues or mitigate inherent risk. You perform a post-implementation review on PCM delivery such as value-add, delivery optimization and other opportunities for improvement.-
- Relationship management - You build strong relationships internally and externally. You understand views of various stakeholders and facilitate problem solving to find the best solutions for our clients, employees, and shareholders. You collaborate with team members or other departments responsible for communication, training, etc. to ensure that related strategies are aligned with PCM (i.e. ensure that strategies and plans developed addresses key risks and change impacts).-
- Consulting - You are an advocate for our business and employees. You influence and impact decisions in support of business objectives. In doing so, you validate current processes and propose alternative options for achieving organizational goals.-

- You can demonstrate experience in project management and at least 5 years of professional Change Management experience, preferably in a financial services institution. You have experience in facilitation and execution skills; and with strategic and business planning processes. It’s an asset if you have Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.- What CIBC offers
