**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Advise and coach managers on hiring best practices
- Manage relationships with our independent consultants
- Stay aware of new trends in Talent Acquisition
- Help define our talent acquisition strategies: we are always on the lookout for new ideas

**What you will need to succeed in this position**:

- 5 years+ of recruitment experience
- Having a network of IT or SIRH profiles will make your life more easy
- Being able to work without supervision (we fail badly at micromanagement)
