Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic experineced Yacht Brokers to join our expanding team, focusing on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about boating and skilled in building lasting relationships within the marine community. While boating experience is an asset, we value interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the boating lifestyle above all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a network of buyers and sellers within the boating community.
- Actively participate in local boating events and communities to foster relationships.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process.
- Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
