**We’re looking to meet our future Head of Production**

**Qualifications required**:

- Production management and logistics (e-commerce and roastery production)
- Head roasting / roasted coffee quality control
- Wholesale business development
- Green coffee buying / Supply chain management
- Experience with Microsoft office suite and google documents

**Soft skills required**:

- An exceptional communicator
- An excellent multi-tasker
- Detail oriented (but able to shift into the big picture and back into the detail over and over)
- A fantastic problem solver
- Able to embrace change
- Emotionally self-regulated
- At least two years of people management and operational management experience
- Bilingual (fr/eng.) at minimum level 3 on Quebec language proficiency test
- Be open-minded and hearted
- Like having fun
- Passionate about social and environmental justice
- Self-motivated and autonomous, and also a team player
- Interest in copywriting and content (surrounding product) is a plus

**Expérience dans l’un ou plusieurs des champs suivants**:

- Gestion de la production et logistique (commerce électronique et production de la torréfaction)
- Responsable de la torréfaction / du contrôle de la qualité du café torréfié
- Développement du commerce de gros
- Achat de café vert / Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Expérience avec Microsoft Oce et les documents Google

**Compétences humaines requises**:

- Faire preuve d’une capacité de communication hors pair
- Être capable d’eectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Avoir le souci du détail (mais capable d'avoir une vue d'ensemble et de revenir aux détails à plusieurs reprises)
- Posséder une capacité à l’autorégulation émotionnelle
- Cumuler aumoins deux ans d'expérience en gestion de personnel et d’opérations
- Être bilingue (fr/eng.) équivalent au niveau 3 du test de compétence linguistique du Québec.
- Être ouvert d'esprit et de cœur
- Aimer s'amuser
- Être intéressé par les questions de justice sociale et environnementale
- Être motivé et autonome
- Avoir l'esprit d'équipe
- Cultiver un intérêt pour la rédaction et le contenu (autour du produit) est un plus.
- **Salaire: Proportionnel à l’expérience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
