Aarm Dental Group on Beatty is looking for an experienced certified Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, self-starter with great communication and organization skills.

Schedule:
Wednesday: 8:00am
- 2:00pm
Thursday: 2:00pm
- 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am
- 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am
- 6:00pm

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits using phone systems.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including managing correspondence and filing documents.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.
- Assist with other office duties as needed to support overall clinic operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- Dental Receptionist Certificate from a school in BC

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
