**A-1 Restoration Inc.** has 40 years of continuous expansion and success. Specializing in waterproofing and building envelope solutions, A-1 Restoration delivers exceptional service and proven, cost-effective installation or repairs on multi-unit residential and commercial buildings and parking structures.

We are looking for skilled concrete and balcony restoration technicians join our team beginning **Oct 2025** to begin a balcony restoration project in **Kingston, ON.**

**Tasks as follows**:

- Forming concrete columns, slabs, beams
- Cutting, placing reinforcing steel
- Pouring, consolidating concrete
- Occasional use of concrete demolition hammers, concrete grinders, quick-cut saws
- Application of protective coatings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with concrete, specific experience with balcony repair is preferred
- Valid Boom/Aerial Lift training, or able to obtain
- Valid WHMIS training, or able to obtain
- Valid Working at Heights training (CPO Approved), or able to obtain
- Fit Test for respirator use is required
- Valid driver's license with a vehicle, OR a reliable ride to work
- Works well with others
- Able to lift 50 lbs safely and consistently due to the nature of the work
- Must be comfortable with work at heights
- A positive attitude and willingness to complete a variety of tasks

**Pay Rate**: Up to $31.09/hr depending on skills and experience.
