**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Minimum 1 year Experience
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are cleaned and stored properly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or industrial cleaning environments.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
